What You’ll Do ✨

  • πŸ“Š Take full ownership of the Account Manager Team (>10 AMs) acrossmultiple European markets, building, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing, collaborative team.

  • 🀝 Be the go-to contact for our diverse range of B2B customers, including solar installers and utilities for the German markets

  • πŸš€ Onboard customers from day one after signature and guide them through the entire lifecycle.

  • πŸ’‘ Leverage customer feedback to enhance our software, in close collaboration with our development team

  • πŸ“Š Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities and seeking out potential partnerships, keeping ahead of industry developments

  • 🧠 Strategically plan and implement projects that drive Reonic's growth and innovation

What Makes You a Great Fit βœ…

  • 🎯 Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS customer success, and account management (5+ years experience) and proven ability to engage directly with clients.

  • πŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈ Proven success in scaling operations and leading teams, ideally across more than one market in fast-paced environments like startups or scale ups.

  • βš™οΈ Technical background e.g. (industrial-) engineering

  • 🌱 Previous experience in the startup ecosystem or high-growth environments.

  • ⚑ Motivation to drive change in renewables and have a tangible positive impact.

  • πŸ† Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • πŸ—£οΈ Excellent English communication skills (C2) Native or C2 German required; proficiency in French or Italian is a plus.
