KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER – REGIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Location: Poland (region-based responsibility, preferred Wroclaw, Katowice…)
Full time, 40 hrs./week
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Key Account Manager, you will drive Yokogawa’s business growth within your assigned region in Poland. You will build strategic relationships, identify new opportunities, and develop business across key industrial sectors.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute regional business strategy aligned with Yokogawa goals
• Manage and grow key customer accounts in the region
• Identify and develop new business opportunities (projects, investments)
• Drive sales of Yokogawa solutions (systems, instrumentation, digital, services)
• Build strong relationships with decision makers and technical stakeholders
• Coordinate support from internal teams (sales, engineering, service) for customers
• Lead negotiations and manage contracts
• Monitor pipeline, forecast sales and deliver targets
• Represent Yokogawa at customer meetings, events and industry forums
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
• Strong business development mindset and sales drive
• Key account management & stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage complex, long-cycle industrial sales processes
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Strategic thinking and ability to translate strategy into action
• Customer focus and relationship-building capability
• Ability to work cross-functionally in international environment
REQUIREMENTS
• Experience in B2B sales (industrial automation is a plus)
• Minimum several years in account management or business development
• Fluent Polish and good English
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
