What you’ll be doing:

  • Strategically plan and manage sales processes for key Enterprise Accounts, understanding client strategies and decision-making to maximize opportunities.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for major accounts, ensuring contracts and program requirements are met with exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers and sales teams to facilitate and oversee quote requests ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Oversee quote requests under for Enterprise and Non-Enterprise Accounts, coordinating with the Special Order Team for seamless fulfillment.
  • Monitor and maintain account profitability, sharing results and insights with clients and internal teams as needed.
  • Develop and update client plans for contracted accounts, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
  • Act as a liaison between SPP and customers, addressing invoicing, service concerns, and ensuring complete satisfaction.
  • Proactively engage past and existing clients to market new products, drive sales, and build lasting relationships.
  • Secure new accounts through networking and prospecting, staying current with industry trends and innovative solutions.
  • Host and attend team meetings, providing coverage and support as needed to achieve team sales and profit goals.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with a natural flair for sales.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities, building trust through fulfilling commitments and resolving issues.
  • Ability to drive and support company initiatives, demonstrating flexibility and positivity in fast-paced situations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills, comfortable developing creative solutions for clients.
  • Self-motivated with high energy and enthusiasm, building collaborative relationships through open communication.
  • Ability to stay current with new products and trends, providing merchandise solutions that meet client needs.

  • Willingness to travel locally and attend off-site client meetings as required.

    What’s needed- Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years sales and/or customer service experience.
  • Some travel is required; generally restricted to local office metropolitan area

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications

  • University or college diploma in sales or business or equivalent working experience within a B2B sales environment is preferred

  • 3+ years sales or customer service experience, and a comfort in developing creative solutions for clients

  • Experience in the Promotional Merchandise Industry strongly preferred.

  • Experience with industry processes, including product decoration, quoting, and SAGE, is a plus

  • CSP designation or CPSA graduate is preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/French) is nice to have
  • Thorough knowledge of company systems and processes is an asset.
