We’re looking for a driven Account Manager to join our Sports Medicine team based in Gothenburg. What will you be doing?
As our Sports Medicine Account Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving strategic growth across key accounts in your territory. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your accounts, crafting and executing strategic plans that unlock new opportunities and drive revenue growth. From leading quarterly business reviews to developing tailored proposals, you’ll collaborate across teams, harness data from our CRM system, and stay ahead of market trends to ensure our focus brands thrive. Your role will be pivotal in expanding the footprint of our focus brands and ensuring our solutions make a meaningful difference to healthcare providers and patients alike.

Proven sales experience, ideally with exposure to value and portfolio selling.
Strong account management skills with a track record of driving revenue growth and market share
Confidence in engaging senior stakeholders.
A valid driving licence.
Be fluent in both Swedish and English.
Travel Requirements: >75% within your patch.
The anticipated base compensation range for this position is kr496,750.00 - kr745,000.00 annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on objective, job-related factors including (but not limited to) relevant skills, qualifications, and experience, scope and responsibilities of the role, geographic location, and internal equity considerations. Compensation decisions are made using consistent and gender-neutral criteria, in line with applicable pay transparency laws. This role has been evaluated within our internal job architecture and mapped to a defined pay band to ensure consistency and fairness.
