We give you a world of potential

The Account Management team plays a critical role in delivering exceptional service to clients across Registered Agent, Business Compliance, Formation Services, and related corporate services offerings. As an Account Specialist, you'll serve as a flexible resource that helps ensure continuity of service, supports client retention efforts, and provides coverage during account transitions and team absences.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to deepen your knowledge of Registered Agent services, Corporate Compliance, and Client Relationship Management while partnering closely with Account Managers and operational teams across the business.

A role you will love

As an Account Specialist, you'll support the Account Management team in delivering exceptional client service and operational excellence. Acting as a "rover" resource, you'll provide temporary account coverage when Account Managers are unavailable, assist with client requests, coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, and help ensure a seamless client experience.

While this role does not maintain a dedicated book of business, you'll perform many of the same client-facing and operational responsibilities as an Account Manager, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their client management experience.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Providing coverage for Account Managers during vacations, leave periods, and staffing transitions
  • Managing routine client inquiries, requests, and service-related issues
  • Supporting client communications and maintaining a high level of service continuity
  • Partnering with Operations, Service of Process, Document Services, Compliance, and other internal teams to support client needs
  • Maintaining accurate client records, account notes, and follow-up activities within required systems
  • Assisting with account transitions and client service initiatives
  • Supporting retention efforts and helping ensure client expectations are consistently met
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and client experience
  • Developing expertise across Registered Agent services, Business Compliance, and Formation Services offerings

What will you bring to the role?

Required:

  • Experience in account management, customer service, client success, compliance services, corporate services, legal support services, or a related business environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to independently research issues and identify appropriate solutions
  • Strong customer service mindset and commitment to service excellence
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to effectively communicate status updates, resolve issues, and manage competing priorities professionally

Preferred:

  • Experience within the Corporate Business Services industry
  • Knowledge of Registered Agent services
  • Experience supporting Business Compliance, Formation Services, corporate governance, or legal entity management activities
  • Experience within customer success, account management, or client relationship roles
  • SaaS customer success experience
  • Experience contributing to process improvements and operational excellence initiatives
