๐Ÿ’ก Please note that for this role, C2-level Spanish proficiency is required, and candidates must be based in Sao Paolo (or be able to relocate for the role).

What you will do โœจ

  • ๐Ÿค Be the go-to contact for our diverse range of B2B customers, including solar installers and utilities in the Mexican market

  • ๐Ÿ’ก Leverage customer feedback to enhance our software, in close collaboration with our development team

  • ๐Ÿš€ Continuously improve customer experience and streamline processes

  • ๐Ÿ“ˆ Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities and seek out potential partnerships, staying ahead of industry developments

  • ๐Ÿ“Š Strategically plan and implement projects that drive Reonic's growth and innovation

What Makes You a Great Fit โœ…

  • ๐Ÿ’ผ Strong knowledge of software sales, preferably in fast-paced environments like startups or scale ups with a SaaS product

  • ๐ŸŽฏ Experience in B2B customer service or success, with a strong emphasis for engaging directly with customers

  • โš™๏ธ Technical background e.g. (industrial-) engineering

  • ๐ŸŒ Motivated to drive change in renewables and make a positive impact

  • ๐Ÿ“ Based in Sao Paolo, with a strong understanding of the Mexican and LATAM markets

  • ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Excellent communication and presentation abilitiesin Spanish and English
