Account Manager – The Social CliQ

What you’ll do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the key day-to-day contact
• Build strong, trusted relationships through clear, proactive communication
• Lead campaign strategy and content planning across paid and organic social
• Set and track KPIs in partnership with the Account Director
• Analyse performance and optimise campaigns to drive measurable results
• Deliver end-to-end campaigns, ensuring timelines, budgets and outputs stay on track
• Report on performance, identifying insights and opportunities to scale
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts and support upsell conversations
• Mentor and support junior team members across client delivery

What you’ll bring

• 2–3+ years’ experience in an agency or client-facing marketing role
• Hands-on experience across paid social (Meta essential; Google, TikTok, Pinterest or LinkedIn a plus)
• Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients
• A balance of strategic thinking and executional capability
• Solid understanding of social platforms, trends and performance drivers
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Nice to have:

• Experience with tools like Monday.com, Sked or similar platforms
