• Position: Account Manager (Skincare)

Our client is a leading e-commerce enabler helping brands grow across major online marketplaces. They are looking for an Account Manager to own and grow skincare brand accounts, driving commercial performance across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare joint business plans for skincare brand accounts and drive weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews against targets
• Coordinate cross-functionally with skincare brands, sales, and marketing teams to deliver results
• Plan promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal activations for skincare products, coordinating execution with brand partners
• Conduct regular analysis on sales, traffic, conversion, and customer funnel data, generating insights to guide promotional and marketing activity
• Manage and optimise onsite marketing tools and affiliate marketing tools
• Handle day-to-day store operations, including graphic briefs, store setup, banner uploads, and campaign submissions to platforms
• Optimise product listings, content, and pricing strategies for skincare categories to drive traffic and conversion
• Create reports and provide insights to internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in or lead ad hoc projects across functions

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in account management, e-commerce, or sales and marketing roles
• Experience working with skincare, beauty, or FMCG product categories is highly preferred
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Good English communication (reading and writing)
• Good command of Chinese (reading and writing) is a big plus
• Bachelor's degree in any field
