The Single Family Account Manager will complete monthly client reports, account reviews, and plan/execute projects to help with client needs. Duties include, but are not limited to implementations, training, transition plans, research, and answering client questions. After training, this candidate can expect to handle client projects, calls, etc. on their own. This role requires the candidate to be organized, self-driven, and adaptable. Attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills are critical. Travel may be required. Experience with implementations, client calls, and working across teams is also helpful.
