We’re seeking an entrepreneurial, driven, and emotionally intelligent Enterprise Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team in The Benelux. This role will be focused on Net New opportunities within the Food and Beverage market across the Benelux regions, as well as it's sub-verticals.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

  • Entrepreneurial Leadership: Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within target enterprise accounts. Take ownership of the sales process with a founder’s mindset—driving pipeline growth and innovative go-to-market strategies.
  • Strategic Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level and senior decision-makers, developing tailored value propositions aligned with client business objectives and industry trends. Guide customers through complex decision processes with consultative expertise.
  • Industry Expertise: Leverage deep, up-to-date knowledge of the F&B landscape, competitive dynamics, and emerging trends to position Infor as a thought leader and solution partner.
  • Orchestrator: Coordinate cross-functional internal teams—including Marketing, Business Development, Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, Delivery, Professional Services and our Partner Community —to deliver compelling proposals, proofs of concept, and implementation plans. Ensure seamless client experiences from initial engagement through deal closure and onboarding.
  • Relationship Builder: Cultivate and nurture long-term, collaborative partnerships founded on trust, transparency, and mutual success. Demonstrate high emotional intelligence in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
  • Contribution-Motivated: Consistently exceed individual and team goals. Share knowledge and best practices to elevate team and organizational performance.
  • Sales Excellence: Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure, maintaining robust and accurate forecasts and regularly reporting on pipeline status and results.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven success in enterprise B2B sales (SaaS, tech, or relevant industry preferred).
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial approach to sourcing and developing new business.
  • Track record of building relationships at C-level and managing complex, consultative sales cycles.
  • Strong history in enterprise business application complex selling, especially in Food & Beverage
  • Ability to adapt and work effectively within a rapidly changing business / technology environment
  • Strong sense of growth mindset and resilience, to plan and execute effectively as Infor breaks new frontiers
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to navigate ambiguity and changes
  • Fluent/business level Dutch and English, with French as a bonus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Must be organized and detail-oriented, as well as being an excellent communicator, collaborator, and networker/connector, bringing people together, driving actions to a successful conclusion.
  • Excellent conflict management skills, with a proven ability to gain trust with all stakeholders, successfully influencing senior decision makers.
