Job Description

Our subsidiary (Soor) is looking for a results-driven Account Manager, Senior to drive business growth by managing key client accounts and acquiring new high-value customers, with deep experience in selling cybersecurity solutions and services to Government and enterprise clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional relationship management skills and a strong track record in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for KSA, targeting C-level executives (CIO/CISO) and driving revenue growth.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals, including PoCs and tender processes.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across SOOR solutions (Consulting, professional services, training, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships as a trusted advisor.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover new business opportunities and align sales plans with objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of SOOR solutions, value propositions, and cybersecurity market trends.
  • Monitor account performance, prepare plans, forecasts, and reports, and support finance on renewals and SLA compliance.
  • Translate customers’ business needs, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity challenges into effective solutions.

Requirements

  • MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of successful sales experience in Riyadh/KSA in IT networking or cybersecurity solutions.
  • Proven experience in presentations, demonstrations, proposal preparation, and RFP/tender responses.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management, decision-maker engagement, and CXO-level negotiations.
  • Familiarity with key cybersecurity tools and vendors (Splunk, Fortinet, F5, Palo Alto, etc.).
  • Knowledge of ISMS, BCMS, NCA/SAMA regulations, and cybersecurity frameworks (Zero Trust, SASE, UEBA, XDR, SIEM, SOAR).
  • Experience working with CRM systems to manage leads and opportunities effectively.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and solutions-selling skills.
  • Customer-focused, collaborative, and able to manage long-term client relationships.
