The Role

AsaAccount Manager, you will be instrumental in driving significant sales growth and expanding our market presence across Scotland. This is a dynamic "hunting and farming" role where you willbe responsible formanaging a portfolio of 10-15 strategicpartners, ensuring their continued growth and satisfaction.You will also be empowered to acquirenew partners and customers,leveragingyour network and market insights to broaden our reach.

You will become a trusted advisor,developingbusiness plans for your accounts, coaching partners on our end-to-end solutions, andworkingclosely with end customersYou'llspendsignificant timein the field across Scotland, building robust relationships, conducting site surveys, and leading partner training and events.

Keyresponsibilities include:

  • Strategically managing 10-15keycustomer accounts

  • Proactively identifying and onboarding new partners and customers,leveragingyour existing industry network

  • Coaching partners on new tools and solutions to promote Axis's end-to-end offerings

  • Supporting and leading partner training and events to enhance their capabilities and commitment to Axis solutions.

  • Maintaining a robust sales pipeline and ensuring CRM complianceforyour accounts.

  • Being on the road for customer meetings,focusing on expanding existing business andidentifyingnew opportunities.

Your Future Team

You will be joining a supportive and ambitious team focused on the Scottish market. Your broader team will include Sales Engineers (covering Northern England and Scotland) and the wider UKsales and marketing organization, including regular interactions with our UKoffice in Luton.

Who We're Looking For

Weseeka self-driven, strategic, and customer-oriented professional with a proventrackrecordin B2B account management and new business development. You thrive on building strong relationships andpossessthe tenacity to navigate a budget-driven market whiledemonstratingthe value of total cost of ownership. You are a "doer" who canidentifyopportunities and translate them into tangible revenue.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and account management, with a clear focus on both managing and growingkeycustomers andactivelyacquiringnew business.

  • Experience working with multi-stakeholder organizations.

  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to build and execute long-term territory and account plans.

  • Proficiencyin CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.

  • Proactive with strong prioritization and efficiency skills.

  • A full UKdriving license and willingness to travelfrequentlyacross Scotland (ideal location: Central Scotland) and occasionally to our Luton office (quarterly for sales meetings).

  • A background in IT or the security industry is beneficial, but the right person with strong B2B experience from other sectors will be considered.
