We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Account Manager/Sales Specialist to strengthen our presence in the Energy sector. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions in automation, digitalization, and sustainable technologies —always with a focus on compliance and quality.

We are now looking for an Account Manager/Sales Specialist for Automation and Electrification to help drive development and growth within the Energy segment.

Key Responsibilities

As an Account Manager/Sales Specialist for Project sales within Automation and Electrification, you will:

• Manage key customer accounts where ABB has installed systems and solutions.
• Lead sales efforts for the modernization and expansion of existing automation and digitalization solutions. This includes project sales and product sales.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and upgrades to production equipment.
• Act as the primary point of contact between customers and ABB, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions with support from internal engineering teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the customer organization, from executive leadership to production staff.
• Represent ABB at industry events, seminars, and customer meetings.
• Assemble and lead internal capture teams to drive customer value and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications for the role

• University degree in engineering or equivalent.

• B2B sales experience and/or Project Manager for Customer projects or similar background
• Automation and/or Electrification competence.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions in terms of customer value and business impact.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build long-term professional relationships.
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Willingness to travel and possession of a valid B driver’s license.
