SICK Vertriebs-GmbH serves customers across a wide range of industries in the German market and successfully sells products, services, and solutions in the Factory and Logistics Automation segments. As Sales Engineer*, you take strategic and operational responsibility for our customers in the automotive and electronics industry and continuously drive the growth of our business in the region.

YOUR TASKS:

• You manage, strategically and operationally, customers in the automotive and electronics industry with a focus on mechanical engineering, as well as selected end customers
• You independently manage field sales activities
• You are responsible for solution-oriented and qualified technical customer consulting across the entire product range
• You act as a competent point of contact for internal and external customers as well as for national and international subsidiaries
• You continuously identify new market potential, including new customer acquisition

YOUR PROFILE:

• You have a completed degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in sales of automation, software, or digitalization solutions
• Industry knowledge in automotive, electronics, and/or mechanical engineering is an advantage
• Good English skills
• Strong team spirit and communication skills
• Assertive and responsible personality
• Negotiation skills and strong customer orientation
• Willingness to travel completes your profile
