SNAP-ON BUSINESS SOLUTIONS

RICHFIELD, OH

CORE BUSINESS HOURS - MONDAY - FRIDAY 8 HOUR WORK DAY (OFFSITE/FIELD)

Performs sales to new/current customers in assigned territory primarily through limited travel if necessary, electronic, and telecommunication contact. Assists management in devising sales plans and strategies. Maintains account management functions in order to meet customer expectations and assure satisfying relationships.

Responsibilities

  • *Attain sales quota assignments to new and existing customers as reflected in annual Compensation Plans.
  • *Responsible for developing new business relationships with non-SBS customers.
  • *Work directly with current customers to make specific sales with the goal of customer retention.
  • *Report to management on competition and their pricing and other industry trends.
  • *Provide input to management to develop programs to support new business.
  • Learn to use and depend on all aspects of SBS customer database and the CPQ module to maximize sales efforts.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with customers about sales, configuration issues, payment obligations and other issues as they arise.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with other SBS associates across departmental lines.
  • Work with SBS Accounts Receivable, Sales Leader, and others to resolve dealership transfers, seat reductions, and cancellations.
  • As SBS brings on new products, SAM will be responsible for mastering them, and developing new markets for them.
  • Attend trade shows to work the booth, greet new and existing customers.
  • Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications

    • Prefer college undergraduate degree in business.
    • Preferred to have 3-5 years experience directly selling to end-users.
    • Must have high degree of professionalism.
    • Must be superior communicator, both verbally and in writing.
    • Must be able to travel to sales meetings, trade shows and other company related business functions as required.
    • Must have related experience in computer hardware and software markets.
    • Must have MS Office competency, and be able to work with cloud based data base systems.
