Job Description

On behalf of Heritage Roofing and Construction, we are recruiting Account Managers across the central Texas area.

Locations include but are not limited to: Austin, Georgetown, Killeen, Leander, Liberty Hill, Pflugerville, Round Rock and Temple, Cedar Park, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Belton, Bryan, and Houston.

You'll be pivotal in driving sales growth and expanding their customer base. Your role involves promoting and selling roofing products and services directly to homeowners in designated territories. They're looking for candidates with strong interpersonal skills, a results-oriented mindset, and a dedication to providing excellent customer service.

In this role, you will:
  • Represent homeowners throughout the process of having their roof replaced due to storm damage, providing detailed and accurate information, and quality control the whole way through.
  • In the field gaining new clients through free roof inspections
  • Manage accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Updating multiple accounts, following up with leads and referrals on a daily basis, time management is key.
  • Be comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs (~15 minute roof inspections)

Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Engage potential customers.
  • Strategically canvass areas to generate leads and cultivate a pipeline of clients.
Product Knowledge and Presentation:
  • Develop a deep understanding of our roofing offerings.
  • Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.
Sales Negotiation and Closing:
  • Establish rapport with homeowners to address their roofing needs.
  • Customize sales pitches to meet customer requirements and handle objections.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to secure contracts.
Relationship Building:
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide ongoing support and communication to ensure satisfaction.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers, adjusters, and the company to resolve issues.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Regularly report on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.

Qualification:

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Access to a half ton or larger truck, or the ability to obtain one prior to starting.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with roofing products and construction terminology is a plus but not essential.
