As an Account Manager, Patient Centred Solutions (PCS) at ICON, you will manage client relationships, coordinating the development of compelling proposals.

What You Will Do:

You will manage day-to-day account management and client services activities, supporting your team to deliver quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of active clients, including client communications, outreach, and coordination of RFI/RFP responses with all stakeholders as needed.
  • Efficiently qualifying client requests to streamline the process.
  • Collaborating with operational teams and suppliers to create compelling and competitive proposals.
  • Explaining and promoting the company's products and services to maintain and expand the current and prospective client base.
  • Participating in meetings with internal and external clients on operational topics, whether through conference calls or face-to-face meetings.
  • Ensuring the delivery of finished products at the expected level of quality within set timelines.
  • Providing administrative follow-up for projects from launch to finalization.

Your Profile:

You will have solid account management and client services experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team.

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with clients and resolve customer issues or complaints.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in client services and account management.
  • Experience in the domain of clinical outcomes assessments is a plus.
  • A process-driven approach with strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
  • Dedicated team player, capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and independently.
