Job Description

The LA Clippers and the Intuit Dome are looking for an Account Manager to join our Partnership Marketing team that will bring to life the strategic partnerships we build with key corporate brands from around the globe. As a senior member of the team, the Account Manager's primary responsibilities will include servicing founding level partnerships, with an emphasis on delivering innovative and best in class business opportunities for both new and existing clients. You will coordinate all aspects of fulfilling, tracking, and reporting on contractual commitments and will guide your roster of partnerships through the lifecycle of a deal, including upsells and renewal negotiations. You will be a key collaborator within the organization, spear-heading cross-departmental needs for your accounts.

This role is on our Corporate Partnerships team, with a hybrid schedule of in-person, with some remote hours, at our new home in our Inglewood offices at Intuit Dome. What You Will Do

  • Manage a portfolio of top-tier corporate partnership accounts, including founding-level partners, across LA Clippers and Intuit Dome platforms. 
  • Serve as a strategic marketing advisor to assigned partners by understanding their business objectives and recommending sponsorship platforms, activations, and solutions that drive measurable value.  
  • Lead the planning, fulfillment, activation, tracking, and reporting of contractual partnership commitments across team, arena, digital, social, signage, hospitality, community, event, and media assets.  
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment to prioritize account needs, resolve partner issues, recommend strategic adjustments, and guide day-to-day account decisions.  
  • Manage partner obligations connected to concerts, radio shows, special events, and third-party event partners, including Live Nation, AEG, CMN, iHeartMedia, Audacy, and similar entities.  
  • Build and maintain relationships with partner contacts at all levels, from day-to-day stakeholders to executive decision makers, through regular communications, planning meetings, business reviews, hospitality, and events.  
  • Measure partnership performance using internal and external data sources, including Vision Insights/YouGov, The.TeamNeilsen, internal studies, digital and social metrics, hospitality usage, and other reporting tools.  
  • Prepare partner-facing recaps, presentations, proposals, and strategic recommendations that demonstrate ROI, ROO, brand impact, and overall partnership value. 
  • Identify and support renewal and upsell opportunities that contribute to department revenue retention and growth.  
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal departments, including marketing, digital and social media, game presentation, community relations, communications, ticketing, arena operations, events, legal, finance, and creative.  
  • Maintain key account trackers, timelines, inventory records, CRM updates, budget details, and project documentation to support accurate execution and reporting.  
  • Opportunity to provide day-to-day oversight, coaching, workflow direction, and feedback for at least one team member or coordinator-level employee. 

Your Background, Skills and Qualifications

  • 5 - 7 years of meaningful professional work experience with a sports property, consumer brand, agency, or venue required, preferably in account and/or project management. Sales and corporate marketing experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, advertising, or sports management (or similar field) or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with working in CRM to manage history of account activity, inventory and budgets.
  • Demonstrated ability to be strategic, creative and solution-focused
  • Ability to establish effective client and interdepartmental relationships, balance multiple client contacts and projects, and drive business.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and use the utmost discretion when privy to sensitive information.
  • Dedication with the ability to lead projects from origin through execution.
  • Ability to learn and thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
  • Self-starter and ambitious spirit with hands-on approach towards business.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and positively interact in a diverse multi-cultural environment.

About Intuit Dome:

Opened in August 2024, Intuit Dome is the new home of the LA Clippers and will host hundreds of sporting events and concerts each year. Located in Inglewood, Calif., Intuit Dome is built different -- it redefines fans’ expectations for live experiences and change the music landscape in Los Angeles.

Host of the 2026 NBA All-Star game and Olympic Basketball in 2028, Intuit Dome is over 1 million square feet and features our team training center, business operations offices, five full-sized basketball courts, an 80,000 square foot outdoor plaza and a double-sided Halo Board composed of more than an acre of LED.

Compensation

  • The range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 annual compensation. Compensation package offered will be based on multiple individualized factors, including a candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • The role is classified as non exempt.
