Responsible for achieving sales targets and driving growth for Becton Dickinson's Oncology portfolio within Thailand. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and providing technical and clinical support to healthcare professionals in the oncology sector.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for oncology products within Thailand.
Manage existing key accounts and identify new business opportunities within the oncology market.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key opinion leaders, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical training to customers.
Provide clinical and technical support to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving product-related issues.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, reports, and other required documentation in a timely manner.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams including marketing, clinical applications, and customer service.
Attend industry conferences, workshops, and exhibitions to promote BD's oncology solutions.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a life science, medical, or business-related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry, with a strong preference for oncology experience.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the oncology market, treatment pathways, and customer needs.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluent in Thai and English (written and spoken).
Willingness to travel extensively within Thailand.
