What You Will Do
•Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with customers, focusing on connector business and service to customer.
•Collaborate effectively across functions and geographies, partnering with teams in China and global team to deliver outstanding customer service and innovative solutions.
•Mainly focus on molex connector products design-in activities, pricing, and commercial negotiations, leveraging strong support from Business Units to serve customer well.
•Lead commercial discussions encompassing pricing strategy, VAVE initiatives, and risk mitigation to maximize business outcomes.
•Proactively analyze customer business strategies, technology trends, and product roadmaps to anticipate needs and translate insights into actionable sales plans.
•Drive new product introductions (NPI), ensuring timely delivery of prototypes, samples, and verification documentation to meet or exceed customer expectations
•Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and support successful new product launches.
•Manage customer expectations through transparent communication, ensuring alignment on deliverables, timelines, and project milestones.
•Corporate with molex distribution channels to full fill customers demands, and manage distribution channels to be commercial excellent.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
•Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development within the automotive industry, preferably working with OEMs.
•Proven track record in managing strategic customer relationships with automotive OEM.
•Experience in Automotive connector business is preferred.
•Interested in and willing to quickly learn about Automotive E/E architecture and new technologies.
•Strong sales skills and enjoy the success of new business acquisitions.
•Good in execution to complete the task under stress independently, while team work is also doing well.
•Good interpersonal skills ,emotional stable that can manage customer relationships well.
•Good in English and Mandarin.
