The Impact You'll Make

Account Manager will focus on the revenue growth, achieve and exceed the sales targets, through both OEM and distributors; Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key accounts, ensure high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty; Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase the company's footprint in the target segments; Work closely with internal teams (engineering, product application engineer, product manager, CSR) to ensure alignment and successful project delivery for customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers in Construction Machinery, Petroleum and Offshore equipment, other industry segments;
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities, including potential customers and markets;
• Utilize expertise and work close with key OEM customers, understand the customers' key pain point and needed, leverage internal and external resources to support business growth;
• Cooperate with R&D/PM/PAE to provide product training and presentations to customers, highlighting the benefits and applications of our fluid connection solutions;
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of service and retention;
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights, and continuously update in OneCRM.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Technology, or a related field;
• Proven experience in customer management or sales roles within the Construction, Petroleum and Offshore, Mining and hydraulic industries;
• Strong customer service and relationship management ability;
• In-depth knowledge of fluid conveyance products and applications;
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
• Highly organized, self-motivated and self-discipline;
• Good English skills.
