What You’ll Do

• Drive sales growth by managing and expanding key customer accounts
• Build strong, long-term relationships and act as a trusted advisor
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Engage with customers both in-person and virtually to support their goals

What We’re Looking For

• Must be based in Monterrey, Mexico
• Master’s degree + 5 years of sales experience (scientific, lab, or healthcare preferred)
• Background in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to understand technical applications and customer workflows
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting sales targets
• Comfortable working independently and in collaborative environments
• Willingness to travel (50–75%) and valid driver’s license
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
