Our Neuromodulation business includes implantable devices compatible with mobile technology to help people who suffer from chronic pain and movement disorders. These non-opioid therapies allow us to provide interventional pain therapy to patients throughout the pain continuum.

職務概要:
アボットメディカルジャパン、ニューロモデュレーション事業部の事業計画と営業方針に沿って、中部エリア（東海エリア・北陸エリア、セントラルリージョン）の脊髄刺激療法（SCS）、脳深部刺激療法（DBS）ビジネスの市場開発と売上成長に貢献いただきます。将来的には、リージョナルセールスマネジャー候補として、リーダーシップを発揮していただく職責と職務内容になります。

職務詳細：

• 東海・北陸エリアの市場開拓業務
• 新デジタル技術を活用した新製品導入（5 key accounts）
• テリトリーでマーケットニーズを汲み入れた販売戦略・戦術の立案と実行
• Key Customerとの関係構築（KOLマネジメント）
• 医学会セミナー及び学術集会併設展示対応サポート
• テリトリー売上予算（月別、四半期別、年別）の達成とアカウントマネジメント全般業務
• Sales force effectiveness営業支援ツール（CRMツール）を活用したKPI設定と進捗管理
• 代理店施策立案と実行（代理店価格政策及び教育訓練計画の実行）
• 営業効率化施策立案と実行（セールスオペレーション最適化）
• その他
• 事業部の売上成長や利益率向上に必要な社内ステークホルダーとの各種協働プロジェクトの推進・実行

応募資格：

• 外資系医薬品・医療機器業界での営業及びマーケティング経験10年以上 （オンライン診療アプリ導入経験、ニューロモデュレーション業界経験、体内植込み型サージカル機器経験者歓迎）
