Meet the Team

As a Neocloud and Managed Service Provider (MSP) Account Manager at Cisco, you will drive Cisco’s future growth engine by leading our engagements across the Neocloud (GPUaaS) providers, SaaS Unicorns, and Managed Service Providers.

The primary expectation is to build strong franchises and a sustainable business with our architecture plays in the Neocloud and MSP accounts in Australia spanning AI infrastructure, fixed wired & wireless connectivity, and over the top services (such as Cloud telephony, SASE, SSE) to business end customers.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven enterprise seller with a hunter mindset and a strong background in Neocloud and/or Service Provider who engages confidently with senior executives, navigates complex sales environments, demonstrates strong commercial and technical acumen, and combines analytical, ROI-focused thinking with a collaborative, customer-first approach.

You will own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and developing new business to expanding existing accounts. Working with customers, product teams, marketing and internal stakeholders, you will align technical and commercial objectives, build compelling value propositions, negotiate strategic deals, and deliver growth.

Your Impact

• Own and grow Cisco’s business across assigned strategic customers, driving revenue growth and winning new opportunities.
• Build and maintain trusted CxO relationships while aligning Cisco’s value proposition to customer business priorities and challenges.
• Develop and execute integrated account plans by orchestrating cross-functional Cisco resources to deliver customer outcomes.
• Lead customer engagement through strategic marketing, events, and collaboration with engineering, product specialists, and partners.
• Drive commercial excellence through competitive pricing strategies, market intelligence, accurate forecasting, and disciplined pipeline management.
• Understand key technology trends including AI, cloud, networking, managed services, security, and consumption models to identify new business opportunities and shape customer transformation strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10 - 12 years of technology-related sales experience with a focus on business development in large accounts
• Outstanding sales experience in the Telco and MSP space with consistent track record in direct and channel sales, especially in closing large strategic deals.
• Highly motivated and a self-starter with a "hunting spirit" who can develop new opportunities and grow business in multiple technology dimensions with a clear business agenda in sight.
• Excellent at working in teams and are comfortable collaborating with local, regional and corporate teams in a large cross-functional organization.
• Can-do attitude and able to think in a unique way to contribute creatively towards building solid business pipeline and driving sustainable business.
• Ability to manage a pipeline and forecast opportunities accurately to meet commit.
• Great communicator and excellent at driving solutions in line with industry and local market trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Understanding of the AI, GPU, compute, and storage ecosystem is a plus
• Experience in sell-to and sell-through sales motions including developing joint GTM models with MSP’s
• Track record of growing revenue for new innovative technology-based solutions.
• Ability to execute on a business plan to gain market share, build solid relationships with customers and internal constituents.
