We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our regional Nashville office and manage the local area territories. • Base salary, uncapped commission, and bonus, with projected first-year earnings between $60,000 and $70,000

As an Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Being the main point of contact for client concerns, needs and requests
• Building and strengthening client relationships to establish long-term partnerships and achieve KPIs
• Engaging with customers on-site on a daily basis
• Providing coaching and support to our franchise owners for business development
• Coordinating the start-up of new accounts
• Developing a deep understanding of our services to effectively upsell and cross-sell to existing customers

To qualify for this position, you should have:

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in account management, customer service, or sales
• A stable work history
• Exceptional relationship management and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
