Key Responsilities

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients, ensuring contract renewals and increasing the utilization of our medical and security services.
• Identify and drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities across our portfolio of products and services.
• Prepare commercial proposals, develop pricing solutions, and lead contract negotiations with clients.
• Work closely with the Sales Support and Marketing teams to ensure an efficient renewal process, regular account reviews, and accurate client reporting.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints while implementing measures to maintain and improve service quality.
• Support the development of cross-border business opportunities through proactive collaboration with colleagues and clients across different regions.

About you

• Experience in Account Management and sales within a professional services or international B2B environment.
• Highly customer-oriented, well-organized, and proactive, with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and consultative selling skills, with the ability to identify and convert growth opportunities.
• University degree or equivalent qualification.
• Fluent in Italian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
