The Role & the Team
To support the growth of our Health & Pharma Solutions (HPS)Business Unit, we are looking for our next Capsules Sales Account Manager (M/F), based in France (near Lille), Spain (Madrid or Barcelona) or Belgium (Bruxelles).
This strategic role covers a key commercial territory across Europe(with a focus on France & Benelux), with high potential in the pharmaceutical, nutraceuticaland consumer healthmarkets.
The HPS commercial teams support our customers withhighqualitysolutions, technicalexpertise, and a strong service mindset.
You will work closely with a broad internal network: Global & Key Account Managers, Inside Sales, Regional Heads (Sales, CHC, Capsules, Channel Partners, Prescription), Technical Developers, Sales Operations, Pricing, Business Monitoring and Customer Care
Your role will be essential to strengthen our presence in thecapsulesmarket, build strongrelationshipsand accelerate growth.

As Capsules Sales Account Manager, your mission will be to manage and grow a strategic customer portfolio, lead distributor relationships,identifyand convert business opportunities, and promote Roquette’s capsules solutions across your territory.

Your working knowledge of the pharmaceutical/nutraceutical industry, along with a technical or chemistry background, helps you understand customer challenges and speak their language.
Your understanding of market regulatory constraints and familiarity with R&D concepts (formulation, testing, patents…) is a real advantage.

En tant que Capsules SalesAccountManager, vous serez chargé(e) de gérer et développer un portefeuille clients stratégique, d’animer les distributeurs, d’identifier et convertir de nouvelles opportunités, et de promouvoir les solutions capsules Roquette sur votre territoire.

Votre connaissance du secteur pharmaceutique/nutraceutique, associée à un background technique ou scientifique, vous permet de comprendre les enjeux clients et de parler leur langage.
Votre compréhension des contraintes réglementaires et votre familiarité avec les bases R&D (formulation, essais, réglementation, brevets…) sont de véritables atouts.
Vous excellez dans la construction de réseaux clientset dans le développement de relations orientées croissance.
Communicant(e) et négociateur(trice) efficace, vous savez présenter avec impact, challenger de manière constructive et faire avancer les sujets.
Vous êtes à l’aise dans un environnement dynamique, transversal et multidisciplinaire, où vous combinez esprit analytique, autonomie et sens des responsabilités.
Collaboratif(ve) et orienté(e) équipe, vous aimez travailler ensemble, apprendre des autres et sortir de votre zone de confort pour saisir de nouvelles opportunités.
