The Key Account Manager is responsible for analyzing the activities of other local operators (OLOs), including their dealer programs, sales incentives, and new plan offerings. This role requires the ability to foresee market trends, assess strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats within assigned accounts, and propose strategic action plans. The Key Account Manager will also identify and groom accounts based on location and product potential, aligning efforts with the company’s strategic direction to develop new sales opportunities and drive profitable revenue growth.
What are you accountable for?
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive market share and subscriber growth in the assigned area.
Lead and engage dealers through performance reviews, business strategy guidance, and action planning.
Improve channel productivity and competitiveness via store performance enhancement and dealership optimization.
Identify and capture new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing dealers.
Drive revenue growth across mobile, fibre, and enterprise segments through effective sales campaigns.
Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to forecast business potential and refine strategies.
Ensure high dealer satisfaction, measured through Net Promoter Score (NPS) and engagement effectiveness.
What do you need for the role?
2–4 years in a relevant key account or channel management role is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting, analysis, and presentations.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Solid research and analytical abilities to assess market trends, dealer performance, and competitive positioning.
Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts, campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
