Job Category: ManagementWe are seeking an experienced Account Manager - Aircraft Management to serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of managed aircraft owners. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service, proactive communication, and trusted guidance across all aspects of aircraft ownership. The ideal candidate combines aviation industry expertise with strong financial acumen and a client-first mindset.
This position works closely with aircraft owners, flight crews, maintenance teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations, financial transparency, and a high-quality ownership experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned managed aircraft owners, providing timely, professional, and proactive communication
- Build and maintain strong owner relationships through consistent engagement and high-touch service
- Administer and oversee owner contracts, ensuring compliance with all contractual terms
- Coordinate with Charter, Operations, and Maintenance teams to align charter utilization with owner agreements and operational parameters
- Respond promptly to owner inquiries and concerns, ensuring effective issue resolution
- Act as liaison for technical and operational matters, partnering with internal teams to deliver clear and accurate guidance
- Review and approve fixed and variable cost invoices related to assigned accounts
- Conduct monthly profit and loss reviews and support owner financial reporting as needed
- Oversee weekly accounts receivable reviews to ensure timely payment of owner statements
- Participate in aircraft crew recruitment, screening, and interview processes to support long-term crew stability
- Support pilot administration, including schedule coordination, PTO approvals, and expense approvals
- Participate in new aircraft onboarding, tracking milestones and providing regular status updates to owners
- Collaborate with Sales to support contract negotiations for new and renewing customers
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
QualificationsThe qualified Account Manager - Managed Aircraft will have a Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience. Must have a minimum of 5 years of aviation experience.

- Demonstrated experience with budgeting, financial oversight, and P&L management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement
- Comfort working directly with high net-worth individuals and C-suite executives
- Willingness to work flexible and non‑standard hours
- Availability for travel as required
Preferred
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in executive account management or sales
- Working knowledge of flight management systems
- Familiarity with FAA regulatory requirements
