Position: Area Sales Professional (Sales Engineer – LV Switchgear -M3 Products)

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 5–10 years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow business from existing customers, new prospects, and competitor accounts.

• Promote the complete range of LV switchgear and panel products.
• Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, product selection and design, proposal preparation, negotiation, and order finalization.
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and seminars to educate customers on Siemens solutions.
• Maintain structured sales processes including planning, visit reporting, and timely order booking.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key customers to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights into competitor activities and developments.
• Ensure compliance with internal sales processes, documentation, and approval workflows.
• Regularly update the CRM system with accurate and timely information.

The role involves predominant engagement with M3 customers, including panel builders and channel partners, requiring frequent travel and visits to industrial locations .

Candidate Profile:

• Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 5–10 years of proven sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of LV switchgear products and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales reporting.
• Should have good knowledge on Microsoft Excel, Word and good analytical knowledge to utilizing the available resources to build business.
