Pour ce faire, nos Ă©quipes collaborent Ă©troitement avec les Ă©quipes Digital et Data pour dĂ©velopper des solutions digitales toujours plus optimales, adaptĂ©es aux besoins de nos clients et de nos collaborateurs.

Au sein de ce dĂ©partement, la Marketplace est un pilier clĂ© d’un plan ambitieux visant Ă  Ă©largir l’offre de produits et de services, amĂ©liorer l’expĂ©rience client, et renforcer le positionnement d’ADEO sur le marchĂ©.
En seulement 5 ans, nous avons ouvert des marketplaces dans 5 pays, dĂ©veloppĂ© une Ă©quipe multiculturelle et talentueuse de plus de 160 personnes, et livrĂ© des rĂ©sultats concrets en termes d’expĂ©rience client, d’acquisition de clients et de trafic, de ventes (plusieurs centaines de millions d'euros de GMV en 2024), de profit et de positionnement sur le marchĂ©.
Et ce n'est que le début ! Nous avons des ambitions encore plus grandes pour les années à venir.

🎯 Le poste

En tant que Logistic Account Manager Marketplace, vous travaillerez sur tout ce qui concerne la livraison des commandes Marketplace, du clic jusqu'à la porte du client. Ce parcours de bout en bout, c'est ce qu'on appelle le Fulfillment. ConcrÚtement, le Fulfillment couvre chaque étape aprÚs la commande : stockage des produits, préparation, expédition, et gestion des retours.

Aujourd'hui, nous opérons deux modÚles :

  • Un modĂšle de fulfillment externe, oĂč nos sellers utilisent des partenaires logistiques pour expĂ©dier leurs produits.

  • Un modĂšle de fulfillment interne, le Fulfillment by Leroy Merlin, oĂč Leroy Merlin gĂšre directement le stockage, la prĂ©paration et la livraison pour le compte des sellers.

Votre mission, aux cÎtés du Key Account Manager, est de développer et faire grandir le Fulfillment by Leroy Merlin :

1. Lead generation & qualification Identifier et contacter les sellers Ă©ligibles susceptibles de bĂ©nĂ©ficier du service Fulfillment, organiser des premiers appels de dĂ©couverte, envoyer des messages de prospection ciblĂ©s pour prĂ©senter la proposition de valeur, qualifier l'intĂ©rĂȘt et l'adĂ©quation du seller (sur la base de nos KPIs dĂ©finis).

2. Onboarding des sellers Piloter l'onboarding des nouveaux sellers : contrat, configuration du catalogue, paramétrage opérationnel, formation. Assurer un support de premier niveau lors de la montée en charge pour garantir les premiÚres entrées de stock et le traitement des premiÚres commandes. Veiller à un go-live fluide en coordination avec les équipes Supply et Service Client.

3. Suivi post-onboarding Monitorer l'adoption et les performances des sellers (taux de stock entrant, activité commandes, satisfaction). Identifier, traiter ou escalader les problÚmes vers les équipes KAM, PM ou Support. Contribuer à la production des supports d'onboarding internes (FAQ, templates, contenus Seller University).

4. CRM & reporting Maintenir à jour les données CRM sur le statut des sellers, le pipeline d'onboarding et les niveaux d'activité. Suivre les KPIs de performance et signaler les risques ou baisses d'activité. Préparer des points hebdomadaires mettant en lumiÚre les avancées, risques et opportunités d'amélioration.

Votre profil

Compétences requises :

  • 2 ans d'expĂ©rience en account management ou business development.

  • Excellentes capacitĂ©s de communication et de persuasion, avec l'aptitude Ă  vulgariser des sujets logistiques complexes.

  • À l'aise avec les outils digitaux et la data (Excel, dashboards, Mirakl ou outils CRM).

  • TrĂšs bonne organisation, capable de gĂ©rer plusieurs sellers et projets en parallĂšle.

  • Français et anglais courants, Ă  l'Ă©crit comme Ă  l'oral.

Compétences appréciées :

  • ExpĂ©rience en e-commerce, marketplace ou fulfillment.

  • Connaissance de Mirakl ou d'outils marketplace similaires.

  • FamiliaritĂ© avec les processus supply chain ou entrepĂŽt.

  • L'espagnol ou le polonais est un plus.

🎯 The Role

As a Marketplace Logistics Account Manager, you will oversee everything related to the delivery of Marketplace orders—from the click to the customer's doorstep. This end-to-end journey is what we call Fulfillment In practical terms, Fulfillment covers every step following an order: product storage, picking/packing, shipping, and returns management.

Currently, we operate two models:

  1. An external fulfillment model, where our sellers use third-party logistics partners to ship their products.

  2. An internal fulfillment model, Fulfillment by Leroy Merlin, where Leroy Merlin directly manages storage, preparation, and delivery on behalf of the sellers.

Your mission, alongside the Key Account Manager, is to develop and scale Fulfillment by Leroy Merlin

  1. Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and contact eligible sellers who could benefit from our Fulfillment service. Organize discovery calls, send targeted prospecting messages to present the value proposition, and qualify interest based on our defined KPIs.

  2. Seller Onboarding: Lead the onboarding of new sellers: contracts, catalog configuration, operational setup, and training. Provide first-level support during the ramp-up phase to ensure smooth initial stock inbound and first order processing. Ensure a seamless go-live in coordination with the Supply and Customer Service teams.

  3. Post-Onboarding Follow-up: Monitor seller adoption and performance (inbound stock rates, order activity, satisfaction). Identify, resolve, or escalate issues to the KAM, PM, or Support teams. Contribute to the creation of internal onboarding materials (FAQs, templates, Seller University content).

  4. CRM & Reporting: Keep CRM data up to date regarding seller status, onboarding pipelines, and activity levels. Track performance KPIs and report risks or drops in activity. Prepare weekly updates highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Your Profile

Required Skills:

  • 2 years of experience in account management or business development.

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to simplify complex logistics topics.

  • Comfortable with digital tools and data (Excel, dashboards, Mirakl, or CRM tools).

  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple sellers and projects simultaneously.

  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or fulfillment.

  • Knowledge of Mirakl or similar marketplace tools.

  • Familiarity with supply chain or warehouse processes.

  • Spanish or Polish is a plus.
