Develop and execute account activity plans aligned with business objectives for LKA clients in Istanbul and Ankara.
Manage and track budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of trade investments and cost control.
Drive effective implementation of 4P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) strategies across all assigned accounts.
Execute trade marketing and marketing initiatives at field and shelf level in line with company guidelines.
Lead, coach, and manage a team of Account Executives to deliver on performance targets and KPIs.
Act as the key liaison between headquarters and field sales teams, ensuring clear communication and flawless execution within the TLC channel.
3–5 years of experience managing Local Key Accounts, preferably within a distributor-led environment.
Proven track record in trade marketing execution and field sales operations.
Experience in leading and developing small teams in a commercial setting.
Strong understanding of FMCG dynamics, customer management, and in-store execution.
Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
