About Trial Library

Trial Library is an AI-native enrollment and care navigation platform that accelerates access to precision medicine. Backed by leading healthcare venture capital firms, Trial Library’s platform is currently deployed in 840+ clinics and 3,000+ providers nationwide.

About the Role

Trial Library is looking for an Account Manager, Life Sciences to own and grow a book of assigned accounts. You will be responsible for nurturing these relationships, identifying new opportunities within them, and running those opportunities through discovery, proposal, and contract execution. Occasional lead generation may be required to support pipeline, but this is not the core focus of the role.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the clinical trial landscape, clinical operations from the inside, whether through CRO, sponsor, or site-side operational experience, and who also has the relationship-building and sales instincts to turn that industry knowledge into deeper client partnerships and new opportunities within existing accounts.
