Account Manager – LHH India

LHH is on its journey to build its brand presence in India by integrating the global brand principles, business enabling processes and proven delivery practices along with a local go-to-market strategy (as a part of the TAG ecosystem) to be the one-stop Talent and Career Solutions company for our customers and candidates, in India.

The role has been created with the need to foster engagement, efficiencies and excellence in the India Business and the role holder will work closely with the India Leadership Team, Global Accounts/Sales Team and the Delivery Teams, respectively to deliver the required outcomes.

Key Accountabilities

The primary responsibility of this role is to enable and anchor the overall ‘Retain-Expand-Build’ strategy of LHH India by -

  • ensuring the continuity and growth of our relationship with clients in India;
  • consistency of global account management and delivery standards aligning local market practices;
  • building strong business partnerships and collaborations assuring high level of customer service.

Sales and KAM Responsibilities:

  • Be the “Face of LHH India” towards the respective Key Account/s and develop relationships with the principle account “decision makers” at LHH Global, Client Global office and Client Local office;
  • Lead and manage the complete sales process for Key Accounts, ensure to achieve Revenue and Gross Margin target’s;
  • Develop global/local intelligence regarding the Key Account to ensure the customer gets the necessary support;
  • Update SFDC and provide accurate Sales forecasts to support Business Planning and Reporting to the ILT;
  • Solve a range of straightforward problems through business knowledge, technical expertise and collaboration with internal and external customers;
  • Develop new business opportunities within the mapped Global/Key Accounts and take measures to increase the company’s revenue share;
  • Setup Review Meetings and Reporting with Key Accounts on a Monthly/Quarterly basis to review performance and solutions delivery;
  • Coordinate with Finance, Business Planning and Legal teams to ensure Key Accounts have the necessary support in India;
  • Support Customer Events in India by engaging Key Accounts;

Operational Support for the CT Business

  • Create referrals on an accurate and timely basis for immediate engagement;
  • Manage information flow between sales and delivery (bridge from sales to delivery);
  • Maximize engagement, smooth billing flow, and minimize interruptions in the business cycle;
  • Develop a complete understanding of contract and project requirements to ensure ease of implementation and billing;
  • Monitor and ensure information in Orbit is up-to-date and accurate (through the delivery teams), including uploading contracts into SFDC and Orbit;
  • Assist in the development of client-facing materials and collateral as appropriate (e.g., proposals, presentations, Annual and Quarterly Partner Reviews);
  • Stay well-versed in and be able to explain and articulate LHH technology and innovations;
  • Monitor Cost of Delivery for Key Accounts and report irregularities with the ILT;
  • Manage requests for retail services;
  • Prepare customized client monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports for AM regional team;

All About You

  • 10 - 15 Years of Experience in Sales or Delivery Management Roles in a Consulting environment;
  • Ability to influence others without direct authority;
  • Professional interpersonal, written and oral communication skills;
  • Technological resourcefulness and intuitiveness (e.g. conducting efficient research, independently mastering new technology and tools, etc.);
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite with advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Critical thinking skills - Ability to problem solve independently and quickly;
  • Time and Priority Management in a high pressure, deadline driven environment;
  • Reporting, data analytics or data management experience.
