  • Partner directly with Loan Officers and Loan Officer Assistants to gather required items (photos, lien balances, documentation)
  • Proactively identify and solve roadblocks to help files move forward
  • Strategize with LOs to hit target equity unlock goals needed to make the purchase loan work
  • Advise on solutions such as Equity Boost or HELOC options when necessary
  • Join joint calls with agents and clients to support deal progression and strengthen relationships
  • Educate LOs on program details, process expectations, and next steps
  • Help LOs confidently position our program and fees to their clients (benefits, value, ROI)
  • Monitor stalled or inactive files and proactively re-engage LOs to move them forward
  • Deliver fast, clear communication across phone, email, and live meetings

What You Bring

  • Understanding of real estate transactions and processes
  • Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to think creatively under pressure
  • Exceptional communication skills and responsiveness
  • Experience managing multiple files in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
