What You Will Do

• Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Analyze client feedback and market trends to drive continuous improvement in service offerings.
• Develop and execute account strategies to maximize revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their evolving needs and identify upsell opportunities.
• Prepare and present reports on account performance and growth metrics to senior management.
• Participate in onboarding new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and integration into the platform.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 2–8 years of experience in account management or customer success, preferably in a tech or marketplace environment.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport with clients.
• Experience in developing strategic plans to achieve account growth and retention.

Preferred

• Familiarity with legal services or the legal technology sector.

Compensation and Benefits
