About the Team

We are looking for a new colleague who will join our Sales & Customer Development team located in Shanghai.

What you can look forward to as Account Manager, Leapmotor?

• Leapmotor Account Management: Act as the primary commercial interface for Leapmotor. Build and maintain strong relationships with Leapmotor purchasing, engineering, and program management teams etc.
• Business Development & Growth: Drive business growth for ZF chassis products within Leapmotor programs. Identify and secure new opportunities in Leapmotor platforms.Develop and execute a Leapmotor-specific account strategy.
• RFQ Management & Commercial Negotiation: Lead Leapmotor RFQ activities, including quotation strategy, cost alignment, and negotiation. Coordinate with global teams to ensure competitiveness in design, cost, and localization. Manage commercial discussions with Leapmotor buyers, ensuring alignment with ZF profitability targets.
• Market Intelligence & Strategy Input: Track Leapmotor product roadmap, platform evolution, and sourcing strategy. Monitor tech trends in chassis products and system integration. Provide strategic input to ZF product and regional business planning
• Cross-functional Leadership: Coordinate internally with R&D, PM, Purchasing, Quality, and Plants etc. Represent the Leapmotor account in internal management reviews and escalation processes.

Your Profile as Account Manager, Leapmotor:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in automotive sales or key account management.
  Proven track record in managing global platform business and RFQ acquisition.
• Strong understanding of Leapmotor processes (RFQ, sourcing, program milestones) is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Strong ownership and customer-first mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management across global and regional teams.
• Ability to manage complex programs and high-pressure situations.
