Job Description


Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Google Ads,YouTube, DV360 or similar digital advertising campaigns and platforms.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to deliver results in a changing environment.
  • Exceptional client service and relationship building skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with partners to achieve business goals.
  • Effective organizational, investigative and influencing skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Engage and influence key customer stakeholders by leading meetings to uncover marketing goals and Key Performance Indicators, translating them into actionable campaign strategies.
  • Drive exceptional campaign results, quantify business impact, and demonstrate advanced value to customers, maintaining account hygiene.
  • Build and pitch data-driven solutions to maximize customer value through Google’s advertising solutions, manage objections, and ultimately achieve sales growth goals.
  • Analyze campaign data, ensuring performance is accurately tracked, and delivering measurable results aligned with customer objectives.
  • Monitor performance data to extract key insights, identifying and cultivating qualified opportunities to drive future customer growth and build pipeline.
