Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of sales or media agency experience.
  • Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Marketing expertise (online and offline).
  • Experience with sales techniques including effective questioning, crafting sales narratives and objection handling.
  • Experience with working and selling Google’s cross channel products - Performance (Search, AI Max and PMax), Branding (YouTube, DemandGen) and Privacy and Measurement solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive extraordinary customer growth by thinking bigger in every engagement — always looking for ways to increase pitch size while being anchored in customer value.
  • Partner with cross functional team members to proactively win back market share from key digital competitors.
  • Work towards achieving customer business goals through advertisement on Google, while prioritizing and delivering an excellent experience to our customers by owning strategic problem solving, maximizing campaign results, media planning, implementation and troubleshooting.
  • Deliver exceptional customer proximity with customers and their agencies with the goal of extending relationships, growing the customer and optimizing their advertising with exceptional product expertise.
  • Update and upskill clients on recommended Google products, solutions or strategies across Search, Display, YouTube and Apps
