Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Account Manager
to join our IT Solutions/Staffing Services team. This role is pivotal in maximizing revenue, driving client satisfaction, and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a proven track record in account management, and the ability to inspire and mentor a team of four junior account executives.
Key Objectives:
Revenue Generation:
Maximise revenue from existing and new clients through strategic account management and proactive engagement.
Client Success:
Exceed client expectations by delivering unparalleled service, managing expectations, and proactively resolving issues.
Business Development:
Identify opportunities for new account development and expand existing accounts by building strong, long-lasting relationships.
Responsibilities:
Account Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, understanding their needs and delivering tailored IT solutions and staffing services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.
Proactively manage client expectations, resolve escalations, and ensure seamless service delivery.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of four junior account executives, setting clear performance goals and fostering a collaborative environment.
Provide guidance and training to improve team performance in CRM, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and phone/AI-based tools.
Revenue and Growth:
Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Leverage CRM, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and phone AI tools to generate leads and drive account growth.
Monitor and report on account performance, including revenue, client satisfaction, and growth opportunities.
Market Insight and Strategy:
Stay updated on industry trends, staffing challenges, and market opportunities.
Collaborate with sales, recruiting, and delivery teams to align on strategies that enhance client value.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 8+ years in IT solutions, staffing services, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role.
Skills:
Proven expertise in account management and client relationship building.
Proficiency in CRM systems, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and phone AI tools.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Leadership:
Experience in managing and mentoring teams, driving performance, and fostering collaboration.
Results-Driven:
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.
