Job Description

Our client has been incorporated since year 2014, a Malaysian based company, focusing on the next generation ICT solution provider. As a strategic technology and business partner, they provide comprehensive and substantial solution for clients to plan, build and support their IT infrastructure and systems.

The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our key clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of our product/services and be able to identify opportunities for growth within the client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Strategy Development : develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve company goals.
    • Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Provide coaching and guidance to team members to improve their performance.
    • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client needs and objectives and ensure they are met.
    • Account Growth : Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling. Develop account plans to maximize revenue.
    • Product/Service Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their value to clients
    • Client Support : Serve as main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution.
    • Account Planning : Develop account plans and strategies to achieve client satisfaction and business objectives.
    • Sales Forecasting : Work closely with the sales team to forecast client needs and revenue projections accurately.
    • Reporting Prepare and present regular account status and performance reports to management.
    • Performance Evaluation Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. Implement performance improvement plans when necessary.

Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • Preferrable to have minimum 2 years of experience in account management, knowledge with Cybersecurity, Infra Network, Cloud Solution, Data Server Solution will have added advantages.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
