As our Inside Sales Account Manager, your primary mission is to aggressively expand our market footprint. This is a high-impact, digital-first sales role where you will spend the majority of your time identifying new business opportunities and managing a portfolio through phone and online consultations. We are looking for a "hunter" who is energized by outbound activity and possesses the digital charisma to close deals without needing a face-to-face meeting.
Key Responsibilities
Drive New Business: Proactively identify and hunt for new business opportunities within your territory, focusing on high-growth sectors like water treatment and laser technology.
Master Digital Selling: Build rapport, conduct presentations, and negotiate contracts primarily via phone and video conferencing, ensuring a high-frequency sales cadence.
Maximize Portfolio Value: Manage existing accounts with a growth mindset, identifying upsell opportunities and launching new service offers to increase profitability.
Market Intelligence: Stay one step ahead of the competition by investigating market trends and using those insights to sharpen your sales pitch.
Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with Field Sales, Engineering, and Sales Excellence teams to ensure a unified market approach, while providing feedback to internal teams on market needs.
