IAA, an RB Global Company, is seeking an Account Manager - Field Operations This is a remote position based anywhere in the United States, with limited travel required to support business needs.
The Account Manager – Field Operations is the ambassador to our customers and serves as a strategic partner to both customers and internal teams, driving operational excellence across markets and service lines. This role is responsible for working with and consulting providers on the auction process, distributing operational performance metrics, monitoring cycle times, and implementing and providing oversight for new services, processes, and geographic markets. The Account Manager will also interact with IAA field, sales, and corporate personnel. This role requires a strong level of organization and the ability to transition effectively between administrative, operational, and process-related functions.
