  • Identify new potential accounts in assigned territory and region using effective sales techniques
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships with existing clients
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Work towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets in assigned territory
  • Being able to communicate customer success stories, market information and key learnings in a structured manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams (service, logistics, product management) to ensure timely delivery and customer service
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and forecast reports using ERP tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HVAC Technology, or related field
  • At least 3 years of sales experience preferably in technical services industry
  • Excellent communication skills including ability to successfully influence and negotiate complex deals in difficult situations
  • Technical knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Highly motivated to continuously learn about selling
  • Team player with passion for selling
  • Very good IT knowledge and computer skills
