Lead. Sell. Grow. Shape the Future.

Are you the type of sales leader who enjoys building strategy in the morning, coaching a team at lunch, and closing a customer opportunity in the afternoon?

At Alleima, we're looking for an ambitious, commercially driven leader to take ownership of our High Temperature business across the USA and Canada. This is not a traditional sales management role. It's a unique opportunity to combine team leadership, strategic business development, key account management, and hands-on selling in a high-impact position with significant visibility and influence.

You'll lead a sales team while managing key customer relationships, developing market strategies, identifying new growth opportunities, and helping shape the future direction of a business that serves some of the world's most demanding industrial applications.

If you're energized by growth, enjoy challenging the status quo, and want the opportunity to make a measurable impact, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As the leader of our High Temperature business, you'll have responsibility for both the strategic direction and day-to-day commercial success of the business.

Lead and Grow the Business

  • Develop and execute short-, medium-, and long-term growth strategies for the USA and Canada.

  • Identify new market opportunities, applications, and customer partnerships.

  • Drive profitable business growth through commercial excellence and strategic decision-making.

  • Define pricing, market positioning, and go-to-market strategies.

Lead and Develop a Team

  • Coach, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals.

  • Create a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Support your team in winning new business and strengthening customer relationships.

Own Key Customer Relationships

  • Manage strategic customer accounts and executive-level relationships.

  • Conduct business reviews, negotiations, and value-based sales discussions.

  • Become a trusted advisor to customers operating in demanding industrial environments.

Roll Up Your Sleeves

  • Actively participate in the sales process and help drive major opportunities to closure.

  • Review quotations, commercial agreements, forecasts, and business plans.

  • Translate strategy into action and ensure execution throughout the organization.

What Success Looks Like

In this role, you'll:

  • Grow revenue and profitability.

  • Expand market share in existing and emerging applications.

  • Build stronger customer partnerships.

  • Develop a high-performing sales team.

  • Identify new ways to create value for customers and the business

Who You Are

You're not just a relationship manager. You're a growth-oriented business leader.

You enjoy balancing strategy and execution and are comfortable moving between the boardroom, the customer site, and the sales floor. You challenge conventional thinking, bring fresh ideas to the table, and have the drive to convert plans into results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Materials, Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum or similar) or Business.

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, product management, or account management within industrial markets.

  • Leadership or team management experience is highly valued.

  • Experience with metals, high-temperature materials, industrial manufacturing, energy, process industries, or related applications.
