What You Will Do
- Manage and nurture relationships with key health system clients to drive customer success and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into client operations.

- Analyze client feedback and performance metrics to enhance service delivery and product offerings.

Ideal Candidate Background
- 3–7 years of experience in account management or customer success, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations and the challenges faced by health systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred
