What You Will Do

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key health system clients to drive customer success and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into client operations.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and advocate for client needs within the organization.
  • Analyze client feedback and performance metrics to enhance service delivery and product offerings.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients to ensure alignment with their strategic goals.
  • Develop and present tailored solutions that address the unique challenges faced by healthcare providers.
  • Contribute to the overall sales strategy by identifying trends and opportunities in the healthcare market.

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 3–7 years of experience in account management or customer success, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations and the challenges faced by health systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Experience working with AI technologies or healthcare automation solutions.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and strategies in a B2B environment.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to inform client strategies.

Compensation and Benefits
