Account Manager - Google Ads

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Google Ads Account Manager with 6+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client account strategy, campaign management, optimization, reporting, relationship management, and driving measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow multiple Google Ads accounts across different industries.
• Develop PPC strategies based on client objectives, budgets, target audiences, and business goals.
• Plan, launch, and optimize Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, search-term analysis, and audience research.
• Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and revenue.
• Monitor campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of advertising spend.
• Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and coordinate with technical teams when required.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Conduct client calls and present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
• Manage client expectations and proactively communicate campaign developments.
• Develop testing and scaling strategies for high-performing campaigns.
• Stay updated with Google Ads features, policies, automation, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Google Ads/PPC.
• Strong hands-on experience managing significant advertising budgets.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads campaign types and bidding strategies.
• Strong understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong client-management and presentation skills.
• Ability to independently manage accounts and develop growth strategies.
• Experience with lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns is preferred.
• Google Ads certification is preferred.
