Manage and develop an assigned portfolio of existing clients, ensuring long-term cooperation and value creation
Implement sales strategies aligned with the needs of small and medium-sized accounts to achieve business objectives
Identify, plan, and execute revenue growth initiatives while meeting defined sales and customer satisfaction targets
Lead client interactions, including requirements analysis, solution positioning, and negotiation of commercial terms
Ensure accurate sales forecasting, performance reporting, and timely resolution of client-related matters
At least 3 years of experience in a similar client management or sales role within an international company
Professional proficiency in Latvian, English, and German is required; additional languages are considered an advantage*
Proven ability to manage sales pipelines and solution-selling processes, including practical experience working with CRM systems and performance tracking tools
Excellent negotiation and deal-closing capabilities, with a proven track record of successful client engagements
Strong sense of responsibility, customer-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team
