Here, your work will directly contribute to the growth of some of the largest international companies already operating in Lithuania and to the development of Lithuania’s GBS and technology ecosystem.

We are looking for an ambitious, commercially minded, and customer-centric Account Manager to join our Business Expansion team. Your main goal will be to help international companies already established in Lithuania grow their local operations, expand into higher-value functions and strengthen the strategic role of their Lithuanian teams within their global organisations.

You will work closely with country managers, GBS & Tech centre leaders, as well as senior decision-makers at global HQ. Your success will be measured by the growth and strategic development of our existing investors in Lithuania.

What will you be doing?

• Own and develop relationships with a portfolio of key international companies operating GBS & Tech centres in Lithuania, becoming a trusted advisor to their local and global leadership teams.
• Understand our clients’ global strategies, operating models and business priorities and proactively identify opportunities for further expansion in Lithuania.
• Identify opportunities for new functions and capabilities to be established in Lithuania, from technology, data, AI and cybersecurity to finance, operations, compliance, HR and other high-value business functions.
• Develop strategic account plans and tailor-made aftercare strategies for key investors, translating business needs into concrete expansion opportunities.
• Provide consultative support to investors on talent availability, skills development, education partnerships, regulation, immigration, incentives and other factors affecting their growth in Lithuania.
• Build trusted relationships not only with local site leaders but also with senior global stakeholders, including functional and corporate decision-makers responsible for location, investment and organisational development decisions.
• Connect investors with relevant government institutions, universities, industry associations, service providers and other ecosystem partners and coordinate solutions to complex business challenges.

What do we expect from you?

• A university degree, preferably in business, economics, technology, finance, political science or another relevant field.
• At least 4–5 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, strategic account management, business development, corporate strategy, transformation or operations within an international B2B, GBS or technology environment.
• Experience working with senior business stakeholders and the confidence to build trusted relationships with C-level executives.
• Strong understanding of how international organisations make investment, location and expansion decisions.
• Good understanding of the GBS and/or technology sector and an interest in how global companies organise functions such as technology, data, AI, finance, HR, operations, compliance and customer operations.
• Ability to understand a client’s business model, identify strategic opportunities, and translate complex business challenges into practical solutions.
• Strong commercial mindset and the ability to proactively identify and develop business opportunities rather than only react to client requests.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You should be comfortable working with data, developing business cases, and creating high-quality presentations for senior decision-makers.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple public and private-sector stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
• Curiosity, ambition, ownership and a genuine desire to contribute to Lithuania’s economic development.
