Responsibilities
Develop and execute a territory plan to maximize client retention, contract upgrades, and sales of Bitsight products and services
Articulate the business and technical value of Bitsight’s product offerings
Act as a strategic advisor to clients, with the goal of expanding Bitsight’s footprint
Establish and build relationships with C level executives and other key stakeholders within designated accounts
Accurately forecast deals on a monthly and quarterly basis for leadership
Identify and articulate the strategic, organizational, and financial goals of assigned clients
Develop and execute account plans and sales campaigns for specific assigned clients
Work cross functionally within Bitsight to define and drive action plans that improve or optimize the use of Bitsight products and services
Maintain accurate account and contact information within the CRM for all assigned accounts
Job Requirements
2 to 4 years of successful, progressive experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client facing role
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a business discipline
SaaS experience required
Cybersecurity and cyber risk management experience highly valued
Fluency in English and French required
Previous experience in the French market required
Previous experience in the Benelux and Nordics markets is a plus
Strong territory and contract management skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong consultative and solution selling skills
Proven ability to work independently and in team environments
Strong relationship building skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High energy, integrity, self motivation, positive attitude, confidence, and a proactive approach to work
Proven track record in a client focused environment
